How long does it take to build a custom home?
Plan on 12–18 months from design start to move-in for most custom homes: 3–5 months design and permits, 9–13 months construction.
Can you build on my lot?
Yes — most of our custom homes are built on clients’ lots. We start with a free site walk to assess access, utilities, slope and permitting path.
Do you help find a lot?
We don’t sell land, but we evaluate lots you’re considering — before you buy — so there are no expensive surprises.
