ABM Construction LLC was founded in 2007 by Aleksandr (Alex) Boyko. The company's first years were spent on residential exteriors — siding, decks and weatherization work across Snohomish County, the kind of projects where craftsmanship is visible from the street and shortcuts show up in the first wet winter.
That exterior discipline became the foundation for everything that followed: custom homes, commercial tenant improvements for national brands, ground-up restaurants and retail, multifamily communities — and, most recently, a dedicated ADU division formed as Washington rewrote its backyard-housing laws.
Today ABM operates as a design-build general contractor: one contract, one team, one point of accountability from first sketch to final walkthrough. Alex still personally reviews every estimate request that comes through this site.
